Kids

The mission Jesus left the Church before He ascended back into heaven was to make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:18-20). We’re to do that as a church, and part of that is encouraging and equipping parents to be the main disciplers of their children at home (Deuteronomy 6:6-7).

What are Sundays like for the kids?

On Sunday mornings, we have a nursery for babies and toddlers and children’s church during the sermon for ages 3-5. We believe that parents are the example for their kids in all parts of life—and certainly in how to worship with other believers.

Awana

Awana is an international organization, sharing the gospel of Christ to millions of kids and families around the world! It stands for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed, from 2 Timothy 2:15.

Each Sunday afternoon is a time for our children to have fun together, learn more about God, and spend time with teens and adults who care about them. During the week, families are encouraged and equipped to spend time learning more about God together.

Awana leaders are teens and adults who have completed a background check and receive training on safety procedures and protocol. Our Awana leaders are committed to providing a safe and caring environment for the children in our care.
